Review: Tough Sh*t: Life Advice from a Fat, Lazy Slob Who Did Good

Tough Sh*t: Life Advice from a Fat, Lazy Slob Who Did Good Tough Sh*t: Life Advice from a Fat, Lazy Slob Who Did Good by Kevin Smith
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I have followed Kevin Smith for many years now not as much as to follow his movies or shows or blogs or podcasts. But enough that I have seen his older stuff at least till Red State and I see his YouTube videos of his, I love the passion which he brings to the movie reviews. Dude just loves movies and comics he is my people. So I had this so I had to read it. This is circa 2011 Kevin Smith who had discovered Weed and was an active smoker, was fatter, didn't have his heart attack 2019 Kevin Smith has managed his weight now, I think he is not smoking pot now and I am happy for him.

Coming to this book, it was funny and crass and all kinds of offensive this wasn't a self help book or a book full of advice, this was just a memoir of 2011 Kevin Smith who had directed Cop Out and was unhappy and had directed Red State and was happier.

I liked the book and for most part it was a fun short read and it was fun all right. If you are in mood to read a light, offensive, crass memoir by a genius then do pick it and then as always just Keep on Reading.
