Review: The Order of Time

The Order of Time The Order of Time by Carlo Rovelli
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wow what wonderful ideas and that too in the voice of Benedict Cumberbatch. I bought this audio book as soon as I saw his name as narrator.

Book is a non-fiction book if you didn't know and deals with time and different ideas about the same. Benedict did a wonderful job as narrator. Only thing was that being a scientific book it had different drawings and pictures in it but in audiobook we missed on those assets. Apart from that all was fine and although I am not a scientist but being from the pcm I was able to understand almost all the mentions.

So yeah pick the audiobook for the wonderful ideas and awesome voice of Benedict Cumberbatch and just just just Keep on Reading.

Review: Coraline

Coraline Coraline by Neil Gaiman
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Like most people I also saw the movie first and hell when I had seen the movie, ignorant old me didn't even know that it was a book as well. Hopefully now I know better but who knows?

Coming back to the book well I watched the movie so long ago that I don't even remember it much but we might see it again right? I read the tenth anniversary illustrated edition with illustrations by Chris Redall. The book was fun, strange and weird. I am 37 so I might be about 30 years over the targetted age group but will I looked it too. Like most of the Times I am not gonna talk about the story as either you already know or other better reviewers already covered it.

I liked it and would suggest that you check it as well, read it and then just keep on reading.

Review: The Last Boy to Fall in Love

The Last Boy to Fall in Love The Last Boy to Fall in Love by Durjoy Datta
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

For me too this was the very first Durjoy book which I heard but at least it completes my collection of all the books written by him so far. This short book written only for Audible so that's your only way to get it. It is narrated by Sikander Kher and Rasika duggal. performance and story both were nice.

This is a story set in Post-Post-Apocalyptic world where a virus has wiped out the entire human race and the only boy Amartya alive in Delhi or perhaps entire India and a girl Erica he meets when she steals his Solar panel. They might be the last people on earth. This was told in 3 chapters and first had few issues and parts which I didn't like but overall it was a very well put effort. I have many books pending in Audible and now I would be working to listen/read all of them.

So long then, if you have Audible you might be able to get this book for free and that's a great deal so go ahead and read this and then just keep on Reading.

Review: The Boys #2

The Boys #2 The Boys #2 by Garth Ennis
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This finishes the very first story arc "The Name of the Game", we meet the entire team of the Boys while Butcher is trying to bring Hughie to the fold. In the books design of Hughie was based on action Simon Pegg and the show actually got Simon Pegg for the role of Hughie's dad. So that was fun and I am already loving how wild this book is from the mind of writer of 'Preacher'.

have always loved comics, and I hope that I will always love them. Even though I grew up reading local Indian comics like Raj Comics or Diamond Comics or even Manoj Comics, now's the time to catch up on the international and classic comics and Graphic novels. I am on my quest to read as many comics I can. I Love comics to bit, may comics never leave my side. I loved reading this and love reading more, you should also read what you love and then just Keep on Reading.

Review: The Boys #1

The Boys #1 The Boys #1 by Garth Ennis
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

As I don't live in US my introduction to graphic novels has been very less and late and though I loved Preacher I only came to know about this series when I came to know about the series and if you read my reviews then you already know that I prefer to read the source material before watching the adaptation so I watched first episode of the series and I have just read the first issue and I can tell that the show is much more changed and I loved the effects and style of the show but obviously since drawing is cheaper than animation the writers can go wild with the graphics and Garth sure did go wild in the very first issue. And I am eagerly waiting to read the entire series now.
